Is there a place in the library that is set aside for quiet study? Or group study?
Answer
The main floor of the library, including the study lounge, is for group study. Talking is allowed on the main floor.
The lower floor is not designated as quiet or group study space and usually takes on the characteristics of who is already occupying the room.
Upstairs is a quiet zone for individual study.
*The library has 3 group study rooms available for students on the main floor.
*There is one meeting room available on the lower level that may be reserved by MCLA students, faculty, or staff for individual or group use.
